 | A committee has been set up at “Korund” that is concerned with social insurance. The representatives of the trade union committee and the representatives of the factory administration have joined the committee. The chief task is to control the purchase and distribution of passes to a sanatorium to employees and their family members. The committee will also control the expenditure of sums assigned for social insurance, the sums are used to pay all kind of recreation and treatment. Besides the committee is going to check the correctness of the assignment and payment of social insurance allowances granted by the factory administration. The committee closely cooperates with the social insurance fund of the Russian Federation.
Don’t forget that the social insurance and protection of the factory, s employees had been shouldered only by the trade union committee. Then the administration shouldered the responsibility. Four years later a proposal was made to take joint actions to solve the social problems
