 | | On 21-d January of this year 92 delegates of “Korund” ‘s work collective and the chief board of the company have considered and signed a collective agreement. The agreement is valid during one year. The new document envisages all questions regarding em-ployee and employer – relationship: responsibilities of the parties, work relationship, employment guarantee, labour protection, etc.The contract’s draft considered and concluded on the conference had been worked up earlier in all of the structure subdivisions of the company. Yuriy Demin in the position of chairman of region ‘s ROSHIM trade union‘s comitee was present at the meeting as a member of presidium. On the past conference collective’s repre-sents have been elected, who will be members of the labour con-flicts’ commission. To draw a line the General Director of LLC “Korund” Ponkratyev Pavel Aleksandrovitch congratulated the work collective on the signing of the agreement. |
