 | The veterans of the factory – war veterans and workers of the home front were invited to Korund on the eve of Victory day where a festival concert had been prepared for them.
The celebration began with a meeting that was held near the factory memorial of glory. The General Director of Korund Ponkratyev P.A., the Chairman of the local trade union Novosyolov Y.V., the chairman of veteran’s council Sorokin V.D. and a member of the veterans council Konysheva M.V. congratulated veterans and factory employees. The meeting ended with fireworks in celebration of the festival. Then the veterans visited the factory alley of reputation for work, which had been restored for the festival. A festival dinner was a pleasant surprise for them. Folks spoke well of the people who had made a valuale contribution to the victory in the Second World War.
