“Korund” is glad to inform You about starting of production of 3-dimensional single-crystal leuco sapphires using its own resources and equipment. This production is based on using horizontal crystallization method (HCM), developed by member-correspondent of Academy of Science of Russia H.S.Bagdasarov.
Besides, it is planned to start production of 3-dimensional single-crystal leuco sapphires, grown using Kiropulos and Stepanov methods, for 2006 year.
Our production has the following characteristics: high transmission coefficient, lack of centers of scattering, bubbles, imsmelting rates, insertions. Maximum crystal size is 250х145х30 mm.
Also “Korund” receives orders for making underlayer, window glasses, lenses, glasses, samplers, defensive casings and other products from leuco sapphires by customer’s blueprints and technical demands. |
