Three-component system SPU “Corundum 445” based on “Corundinol
445-1” or “Corundinol
445-2” (component “A”) and
“Corundinat PM” (component
“B”) and catalyst “KSP-1” or “KSP-2” is
intended for production of heat-resistant
“sandwich-panels” using continuous method.
During the processing of the components
can be used
machines as of high pressure,
as of low.
Recommended temperature of the equipment
during processing is +20 ÷ 300С. Component
“A” contains freon 141b as foaming agent.
On demand of the
customer PU-systems “Corundum 445-1C” and
“Corundum 445-2C” are delivered without
injected component “A” freon.

Package. Component
«А» is poured into aluminium barrels by ГОСТ 21029, steel barrels by
ГОСТ 6247, ГОСТ 13950, ГОСТ 26155, ТУ 38.1011264 with
capacity in range from 100 to 250 dm3.
Guarantee shelf life:

component А - 3 months from the day
of production;

component Б – 6 months from the day
of production.
